Paul Evans Floating Console and Mirror
This circa 1970 console by modern designer, Paul Evans, appears to float. The facing on the console and mirror is a patchwork of pewter, bronze and copper, the top is slate. Bolts to the wall through an iron support, 4 wooden struts add support. Mirror is 30" square x 3" deep. Sold together. Shown with pair of modern stools, (21”H, $1800/pair), a pair of 17th century stone lions (20”H, $7500/pair), and a modern Italian ceramic vase (9” H, $250)
